The Support Fund provides help to home care employees who experience a personal financial hardship for a variety of reasons.
If you experience a qualifying hardship event that creates an immediate, unforeseen, and substantial financial requirement, you may qualify for support. Applicants must also fall into one of the following categories to be considered:
- Currently employed at Help at Home organization including any of its subsidiaries and affiliates.
- An eligible dependent of a current Help at Home employee who is also not a client receiving services from Help at Home or any of its subsidiaries.
- A former employee of Help at Home who is also currently an active caregiver.

Applications are reviewed on a weekly basis by the Support Fund committee. Missing documentation may delay your application decision. You will receive a decision by email.
